Shipping Information

All of our products come with Free Freight Truck or Free Ground Delivery Shipping as long as it is within the 48 contiguous states of USA.

Address Restrictions

Please be informed that as of this writing, we do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. You need to provide us with a physical address for shipping when you checkout.

International Shipments and Orders from Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands

For customers ordering and/or having products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and to other international destinations, please be advised that additional shipping charges will apply. Please note that, when it comes to international orders, the buyer (you) is responsible for shouldering any applicable taxes and duties to a government agency or broker.

Free Freight Truck Delivery Shipping

When it comes to items that are ordered in bulk, are oversized, or considered too huge to be easily shipped via regular FedEx or UPS Ground services, All For Our Pets offers Free Freight Truck Delivery, which applies to most areas within the lower 48 States. Should your delivery address be within a restricted area, or located outside these lower 48 states, please note that additional shipping charges will apply.

  • Item #
  • Delivery City and Zip Code
  • Is the Delivery Address a Residential address or a Business address? (Home Businesses are considered Residential for delivery purposes)

Items shipped freight, LTL carriers are delivered to curbside or driveway only. You are responsible for removing the items off the back of the truck to your home.

Truck deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment.

Rural deliveries are available, but we can only deliver to properties that have a physical address.

To make buying from us simple, shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (UPS ground or L.T.L. carrier) is free of charge with your orders. You may choose to pay additional charges for items taken off the truck and/or to your door. If you need faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery. International orders please allow additional days for delivery. Many products are ready to ship within two days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. Most products ship UPS or FedEx. Items shipped freight (L.T.L. carrier) will be delivered to curbside or driveway only. Shipping Time and Schedule

Our items are very unique and must be carefully packaged.

Order processing & packaging time is 1-7 business days.

Delivery time is 1-7 business days within the US states and 2-4 weeks for international delivery.

We sometimes will ship via UPS, FedEx or another similar carrier. Each carrier has its areas where service is better than another and we try to select the best service to get your order delivered in a timely manner. In instances we use another carrier, the shipping charges will be exactly as calculated on our shopping cart.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment # if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.

Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and AllForOurPets will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.

We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable. But of course, we will accommodate your needs and take care of things for you if your package gets rejected or sent back.
